INDUCTING NEW PERSONNEL AND OPERATIVES

"The quickest and most effective way to successfully communicate this key information is with Construction Induction Films".

Your existing process may take several hours. This time consuming procedure may have to be repeated numerous times throughout the day to accommodate new operatives turning up at random times.  This is not just an inefficient use of your time but also creates delays or prevents new operatives from starting work, ultimately wasting money.

"We can hone this process down to just 30 minutes!"

Any operative working on a construction site must undergo an induction process before they can start work. The induction process ensures that they know the Health and Safety issues and procedures specific to that project .

The advantages of an induction film:

  • It does not require key personnel to present the induction process
  • It can be played at any time of the day or night, to as many or as few new operatives as required
  • It ensures the CLEAR, CONCISE, CONSISTENT delivery of key information
  • It delivers this key information QUICKLY in a MEMORABLE format
  • A film can be ENTERTAINING, ENGAGING and INFORMATIVE

YOUR CONSTRUCTION INDUCTION FILM

Our sister company FILM INFINITY specialise in CONSTRUCTION VIDEOS , producing INDUCTION VIDEOS that reflect your Health and Safety policies.

If you have a specific requirement such as an Airport or Marine project we can produce a tailored induction film featuring and highlighting those additional Health and Safety issues relating to that location.

Good organisation is key to the success of your film.  We suggest a site visit so we can meet the key personnel involved, this gives them the opportunity to explain and express their requirements.  In turn, we can explain the production process and provide guidance on the best way forward.

It is essential that Health and Safety films feature presentable personnel wearing the appropriate PPE, using the correct equipment, in the correct way.

Over the years we have gained a considerable amount of construction Health and Safety knowledge, and we now know when we see something that is not appropriate for filming.  This means we can identify any issues immediately, rectify the problem, and then film the procedure correctly.

  • Experienced crew with considerable construction industry knowledge
  • We have a script library containing the most common Health and Safety subjects, worded in plain English
  • We can translate and subtitle films to reflect your workforce
  • We produce easy play DVD's featuring individual subject chapters
  • We can supply your induction film on a USB stick, so it can be played on individual PC's
  • The film can be embedded on your website, enabling E-learning
